 Butter/Margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Lime juice4 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 4 frozen Rock Cornish game hens, 1 to 1 1/4 lbs. each, thawed
 Salt2 Teaspoon

Directions

Blend butter, brown sugar, lime juice, and soy sauce; set aside.
Clean, rinse, and pat hens dry with absorbent paper.
Rub cavities with salt and brush with some of the butter mixture.
To close cavities fasten with skewers.
Skewer neck skin to backs and wings to bodies.
Place hens, breast up, in a shallow roasting pan.
Brush hens with butter mixture.
Roast, uncovered, following package directions for time and temperature.
While roasting, baste hens with any remaining butter mixture.
Roast until hens test done (drumstick-thigh joints move easily).
Arrange hens on a warm serving platter.
