Lime glazed fish sticks sounds good, but it's not at all practically, financially speaking. I mean, most of us purchase fish sticks for budgetary reasons--they're cheap. Lime marmalde is not cheap, and it's hard to find in most areas of America, except for pricey posh supermarkets with a gourmet section...and unless you like lime marmalade, and regularly use lime juice, it's a one-use product, meaning most of it's getting tossed. Orange marmalde and orange juice might be more budget-friendly, perhaps. Just not a practical or economically friendly recipe. Sorry, I live in the real world on a fixed food budget, wish I could find more common sense, affordable recipes.
