Lime Gelatin Pear Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 can pears, mashed
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 Ige. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Cregm
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions
Drain pears, reserving 1 cup juice; heat juice to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in pear juice.
Mash cream cheese with cream; add to gelatin while hot.
Cool until thick.
Add pears and whipped cream.
Chill.
