Lime Blueberry Mold Recipe
Ingredients
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
3 c. fresh blueberries
How to make Lime Blueberry Mold
Soften gelatin in cold water.Add boiling water, sugar and salt; stir until gelatin dis solves.
Add lime juice.
Chill until mixture reaches the consistency of unbeaten eggwhite.
Fold in blueberries.
