Lime Yogurt Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) pear halves
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 cup boiling water
8 oz. vanilla flavored yogurt
Directions
Drain pears reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
Slice pears.
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Measure 1 cup Jello, blend in yogurt and pour into 8 inch square pan.
Chill until set but not firm.
Add measured syrup to remaining Jello and chill until slightly thickened.
Arrange pear slices on Jello-yogurt layer and carefully top with clear Jello.
Chill at least 3 hours.
Cut into squares.
Garnish with lime slices.
