1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. pear juice
1 (3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sieved pears
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Dissolve Jello in the hot pear juice.
Cool until thickened.
Put cooled Jello, cream cheese and pears in blender; blend.
Add cream, sugar and vanilla and blend well.
Pour into Jello mold (we use a bundt pan) and put in refrigerator until set.
