Lime Melba Recipe

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
3 peaches, peeled, pitted, and halved
Raspberry Sauce "Lite"
Directions
Mix dry milk, water, and lime juice in the small bowl of an electric mixer.
Whip until light and fluffy.
Blend in honey.
Continue to beat until thoroughly mixed.
Place each peach half in a stemmed sherbet glass.
Top with whipped dry milk.
Pour 2 tablespoons Raspberry Sauce "Lite" over all.
