Lime Kabobs Polynesian Recipe
Lime kabobs polynesian is an asian beef kebabs recipe prepared with sirloin steak cubes. Flavored with a marinade of chili sauce, lime juice, curry and garlic powder, the lime kebabs are grilled to cook and can be served as sides in a meal.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lime Juice from Concentrate
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (1 1/2-pound) sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick), cut into cubes
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 large green pepper, cut intosquares
2 medium onions, quartered
8 ounces fresh whole mushrooms
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
Directions
In small bowl, combine brand, oil, sugar, chili sauce and seasonings; pour over meat.
Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
Skewer meat with pineapple and vegetables.
Grill or broil as desired, turning and basting frequently with marinade.
