 Ripe avocado1 Large, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4-inch chunks

 Swordfish steaks4 (Approximately 3/4-Inch Thick)

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a medium sized bowl and mix olive oil, tomatoes, jalapeno, scallions, cilantro, red onions, limejuice, mint, zest and vinegar thoroughly.
2) Place lid on bowl and keep it refrigerated for 2 hours.
3) Take a bowl and add the olive oil, gingerroot, cilantro, black pepper to it.
4) Whisk them properly.
5) Take a non metal bowl and place the fish steaks in it.
6) Add the marinade to it and turn the fish so that it gets coated with marinade evenly.
7) Cover the bowl and chill in a refrigerator for an hour, turning the fish over 2-3 times.
8) Place broiler on heat or light a grill.
9) Add the avocado to the salsa mixture stirring it in.
10) Season it well with pepper and salt.
11) Drain the fish and place them on grill or above broiler 4 inches away from the source of heat.
12) Cook thoroughly for about 8 minutes turning the steaks over two times.

SERVING
13) Add salsa on top of each steak and serve.
