Ingredients

 2 quart mold
 Lime gelatin package2 , flavored
 Hot water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cold water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fruit syrup-2/3 cup
 Pineapple1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Pears1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large bowl, set out some hot water. Sprinkle the gelatin on top of the hot water and mix it well till it melts
2. Add the cold water and the fruit syrup to the bowl and mix well. Cover and chill till partially set

MAKING
3. When the gelatin sets, fold in the fruit and the sour cream. Mix well till completely combined.
4. Pour out this mixture into oiled 2 quart mold or individual molds and set aside to chill

SERVING
5. Unmold just before serving and plate garnished with pineapple slices, pear halves and maraschino cherries.
