Lime Fluff Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Jello package | 1 | |
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| 1/2 cup Half and Half cream | ||
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 small carton cottage cheese | ||
| Nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Dissolve jello in 1/2 cup heated pineapple juice.
You may need to add water to make 1/2 cup of liquid.
Cool until slightly thickened.
Add cream, marshmallows, cottage cheese and nuts.
Pour into mold.
Serves 8.
