 Regular rice -1 cup uncooked
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Lime - 1 small, grated rind

Directions

MAKING
1)As per the directions on the package cook rice, omitting salt.
2)Remove rice from heat and then add parsley, green onion and lime.
3)Toss the mixture.
FINALIZING
4)Remove rice and serve it in a serving dish.
SERVING
5)Serve it hot.
