Lime Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Limes | 12 | |
| Salt | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup each of chilli powder and sweet oil | ||
Directions
Cut limes into tiny pieces.
Mix with salt and store in a jar for 3 days.
Grind the limes to a paste using water from the limes.
Heat oil and add the ingredients.
Keep on stirring till very thick.
Cool and bottle.
