Lime Chiffon Pudding Recipe

| Canned frozen limeade | 16 Ounce | |
| Sugar | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
1) Into a medium saucepan, empty in the gelatin and add the water
2) Add in the salt and egg yolks and mix well
3) Place over a low heat and stir continuously, for about 5 minutes till mixture is thickened and the gelatin crystals are dissolved
4) Take off from the heat and stir in the limeade and stir till melted
5) Ensure the mixture should mound when dropped from a spoon, if the consistency doesn't hold then place in the refrigerator to chill for about 20 minutes
6) Using an electric beater, whip the egg whites till stiff
7) Add in the sugar and continue to beat
8) Fold in the gelatin mixture and mound the mixture into a sherbet dish
9) Place in the refrigerator to chill until serving time
SERVING
10) Serve chilled garnished with thin slices of lime arranged atop
