Lime Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime zest | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
In a small bowl, beat butter, lime zest, and lime juice until fluffy.
Cover and let stand for up to 30 minutes.
To serve, top each steak with a pat of the butter mixture.
Garnish with lime slices and parsley.
