 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped
 Lime juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs), squeezed
 Italian (flat-leaf) parsley - 1 tablespoon chopped
 Salt – a dash
 White pepper – a dash

Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender container, add all ingredients.
2) Process the ingredients to prepare a smooth mixture. Scrape down sides of container, if required.
3) Use a resealable plastic container to store the cashew butter inside the refrigerator.

SERVING
4) Serve the cashew butter with toasts.
