Creamy Lima And Mushroom Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) frozen lima beans, or 2 cups shelled fresh green lima beans
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms, or 2 cans (4 oz. each) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup light cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook lima beans until tender; drain.
Lightly brown mushrooms in butter.
Combine lima beans and mushrooms in casserole; add cream, salt, and pepper.
Cover and heat in moderate oven (350°) until heated through, about 15 minutes.
