LimaBean and Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| French dressing | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Small amount of minced onion | ||
| 4 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl take lima beans and moisturize with French dressing. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
2) Mix in remaining ingredients excluding paprika and greens.
3) Place in freezer to chill.
SERVING
4) Sprinkle paprika on top and serve with greens.
