 Lima beans3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Oil3 Tablespoon
 Chopped onion
 Peppers2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Fresh basil chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Saute onions and peppers in oil.
Add rest of the ingredients and simmer until done.
Add a few whole chillies if liked.
