Lima Beans With Basil Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green onions | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 14 oz canned Lima beans, drained | ||
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Tomato | 1 , diced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook green onions 1 minute.
Add Lima beans, parsley and basil.
Season.
Continue cooking 5 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.
Add diced tomato.
Continue cooking 1 minute.
