Lima Beans Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| Lima beans | 2 1/2 Pound | |
| 1/4 cup chicken bouillon | ||
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Bacon strip | 4 | |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Shell lima beans.
2. Place in a saucepan with chicken bouillon, bay leaf and garlic. Cook.
3. Pan fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
4. Season beans to taste with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon and toss with beans.
5. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of beans.
