2-1/2 c lima beans, soaked overnight

Directions
Cook beans by slowly adding them to 1 quart boiling water.
Reduce heat immediately after all beans are in water and cook for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until tender.
Combine lima beans with 1/4 cup French Dressing and serve on lettuce, garnishing with parsley, alfalfa sprouts, and chives.
