Lilva Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
400 g fresh green peas, minced
200 g ghee
300 g sugar
120 ml milk, boiled and cooled
150 g mawa (khoya), crumbled
50 g almonds, cut into slivers
50 g pistachios, cut into slivers
Directions
SAUTE the green peas in ghee for about 15 to 20 minutes on a high flame.
Add the sugar and saute till it dissolves.
Boil the milk separately and add to the green pea mixture along with the mawa, Stir the mixture until the milk is absorbed.
Arrange the halvva in a serving dish and garnish with slivers of almond and pistachio, Serve while still warm.
