Directions
Add egg whites and water to corn syrup mixture, mixing well.
Add flour, dry milk powder, soda, and salt to corn syrup mixture, beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in oats, chocolate morsels, and bran cereal.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 8 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
