1 (12-ounce) can light beer
 
1/4 cup reduced-calorie catsup
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
Use to marinate flank steak or pork chops.
Marinate meat in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
Baste meat with remaining marinade during cooking.
