Ingredients

 Jello gelatin4 Ounce (One 4 Serving Size, Jell-O Package, Any Flavor)
 Boiling water2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Cold water1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Ice cubes1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cool whip whipped topping8 Ounce, thawed (3 1/2 Cups, Non Dairy)
 Diced peeled fresh peaches/Apricots / pears1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust1 , cooled

Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping.
Fold in fruit.
Chill until mixture mounds.
Spoon into pie crust.
Chill about 2 hours.
Garnish with additional fruit, if desired.
