| Reduced fat sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| Celery seeds | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 medium head green cabbage thinly sliced, with tough ribs discarded | ||
| Carrots | 4 Medium, shredded | |
Directions
Grate 1 teaspoon peel from lemons and squeeze 3/4 cup juice.
In large bowl, with wire whisk, mix lemon peel, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds until blended.
Add cabbage and carrots; toss well.
