 Light mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Reduced fat sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
 Celery seeds1/4 Teaspoon
 1 medium head green cabbage thinly sliced, with tough ribs discarded
 Carrots4 Medium, shredded

Directions

Grate 1 teaspoon peel from lemons and squeeze 3/4 cup juice.
In large bowl, with wire whisk, mix lemon peel, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seeds until blended.
Add cabbage and carrots; toss well.
