Light Custard Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 tablespoon REALEMON® Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup BORDEN® Lite line® or Viva® Protein Fortified Skim Milk | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup assorted cut up fresh fruit | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In blender container, combine cottage cheese and ReaLemon® brand; blend until smooth.
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs and sugar; add cheese mixture, milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into crust.
Bake 45 minutes or until set.
Cool.
Chill.
Top with fresh fruit and serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
