Ingredients

 
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust
 
1 (16 ounce) container BORDEN® Lite line® or Viva® Cottage Cheese
 
1 tablespoon REALEMON® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
 
3 eggs
 
1/3 cup sugar
 
1/3 cup BORDEN® Lite line® or Viva® Protein Fortified Skim Milk
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
1 cup assorted cut up fresh fruit

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In blender container, combine cottage cheese and ReaLemon® brand; blend until smooth.
In large mixer bowl, beat eggs and sugar; add cheese mixture, milk and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into crust.
Bake 45 minutes or until set.
Cool.
Chill.
Top with fresh fruit and serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
