Lifesaver Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup quick-cooking rice | ||
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Peas | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Corned beef | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Bread crumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook rice according to directions.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except crumbs.
Spread in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
