 Part-skim ricotta cheese - 1/4 cup
 Walnuts1/4 Ounce, finely chopped
 Semi-­sweet chocolate chocolate chips1/4 Ounce
 Light cream cheese1 Tablespoon
 Orange peel1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Prunes6 Medium, pitted

Directions

MAKING
1. In a small mixing bowl, put together all ingredients except prunes; mix well.
2. Press at the center of the prune and make an indent.
3. Fill the indents with equal quantities of cheese mixture.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
