Directions
1. Knead the dough of wheat flour and mandua flour separately and set aside.
MAKING
2. Make a dough ball with wheat flour and stuff a smaller dough ball of mandua flour in it. Roll out this stuffed ball to a thin flattened chapatti.
3. Cook the lesu roti on iron tawa.
SERVING
4. Grease roti with pure ghee and serve hot.
