Ingredients

 Lentils1 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Onion1/2 , chopped
 Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon
 Carrot1 , sliced
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Red bell pepper1 To taste, sliced
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 2 cups Vegetable Stock, or water
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Wash the lentils and sort them.

MAKING
2.Take a saucepan or Dutch oven, put onions, cardamom, carrot, pepper, cinnamo, vegetable stock, tomatoes in it and boil.
3.Once done, lower the flame and cook for 30 minutes till lentils turn tender.
4.Add salt.

SERVING
Serve warm
