Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a pot pour in olive oil, add in tomatoes, onion and ginger, sprinkle sea salt, mix and sauté for few minutes.
2. Add in sausages, bay leaf, cumin, coriander and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in potato and squash, pour in water. Add lentil and mix all the ingredients well.
4. Bring to a boil then lower the heat. Simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve lentil soup with bread and enjoy!
