Lentil Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lentils | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Zest of 1 lemon | ||
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 1 To taste, diced | |
| Green onions | 4 Small, chopped | |
| Chopped cilantro | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan, boil lentils by adding water.
2. Cook the lentils until soft.
3. Once done, strain the excess water.
4. Add lemon juice and olive oil stir well.
5. Put in the other ingredients also.
SERVING
6.Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
