2 cups (480 ml) cooked Lentils, red or green
1 cup (240 ml) cooked Medium Brown Rice
1 cup (240 ml) cooked Bulgur Wheat
1 cup (240 ml)Garbanzo Flour mixed with
2/3 cup (180 ml) cold water
1/2-l cup (120-240 ml) chopped nuts
1 tbs (15 ml) soy sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) sea salt, optional
1 tsp (5 ml) sage
1 tbs (15 ml) Unrefined Vegetable Oil
Directions
Drain the cooked lentils and grains.
Mix all ingredients together.
