Lentil Hummus Recipe Video
A quick and easy hummus recipe that you can make in your blender with Lentils...a great source of protien and other nutrients.
Ingredients
| 2 c Joseph's Grainery Lentils, cooked | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili flakes | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste and serve with crackers, pita chips, fresh veggies or whatever you like.
