Lentil Hummus Recipe Video
A quick and easy hummus recipe that you can make in your blender with Lentils...a great source of protien and other nutrients.
|2 c Joseph's Grainery Lentils, cooked|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (5gm), chopped|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili flakes|
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste and serve with crackers, pita chips, fresh veggies or whatever you like.
