2 Eggs
 
* 1 tsp Ginger, minced
 
* Cayenne & Ground Pepper
 
* Curry Powder
 
* Cumin
 
* Any other spices you’d like to add
 
* 1-2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Grind Lentils and Broccoli
together until they form a paste.
Add them to a bowl, along with
the ginger, spices and the two eggs.
Mix together.
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Add the oil.
Spoon the lentil batter onto the skillet and heat for a few minutes on either side, or until brown and crispy.
