Ingredients

 1/2 teacup masoor dal
 1 teacup chopped spinach
 Onions3 , sliced
 3 medium sized tomatoes, cut into big pieces
 1 teacup skim milk
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Chilli powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

1. Mix the spinach, onions, tomatoes, masoor dal and garlic.
2. Add 7 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. When cooked, blend in a mixer. Strain.
3. Heat the milk and add to the soup.
4. Add the chilli powder and salt.
