Lentil And Parmesan Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Lentil | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 4 tablespoons Progresso Italian-style Bread Crumbs | ||
| 1/4 cup Progresso Grated Parmesan Cheese | ||
| 1 tablespoon Progresso Wine Vinegar | ||
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| Raw vegetables for dipping | ||
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine lentil soup and bread crumbs.
Bring to a boil.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, wine vinegar, parsley and onion.
Bring to a boil.
