Lemony Asparagus Recipe
Lemony asparagus is a savory baked asparagus recipe made with mayonnaise and dry mustard. Combined together with lemon juice and other seasonings, and poured over the asparagus, the lemony asparagus is great when baked and served as a side with any casserole, meat or fish preparation.

| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of 1/2 large lemon | ||
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Place cooked asparagus in shallow greased casserole in single layer.
Melt butter; heat until golden brown.
Blend in mayonnaise, seasonings, and lemon juice; pour over asparagus.
Sprinkle with crumbs, then cheese.
Bake in preheated 375 °F oven 15 minutes or until browned.
Can be prepared in advance and reheated.
