 Cream of celery soup-1 (10 3/4-ounce) can
 Lemon peel1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Water1 , drained, flaked (As required)
 Cooked peas or leftover vegetable-1 cup

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix together soup, lemon peel, and juice, add tuna and peas. Give a stir to mix.
3) Take a lightly greased or nonstick casserole and pour the mixture into it.
4) Bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve lemony tuna casserole hot.
