Lemony Prawn Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 slices from a baguette, sliced on an angle | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced | |
| Red chilli | 1 Large, deseeded | |
| 200 g/8 oz raw king prawns, butterflied | ||
| Juice 1 lemon | ||
| Small bunch coriander, leaves chopped | ||
| 2 large handfuls rocket | ||
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Keep warm the toasted bread. MAKING 2) In a wok, heat the oil and cook garlic with chili until sizzles. 3) On the high heat, add prawns and cook them until pink. 4) Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle corriander and lemon juice on the prawns. SERVING 5) Season the prawns and serve on top of toasted bread and rocket leaves.
