Ingredients

 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
 
1/4 cup cold water
 
1 1/4 cups plain low fat yogurt
 
1/2 cup orange juice
 
1/4 cup honey
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
 
3 cups seedless or halved, seeded Chilean grapes
 
Lemon peel strips for garnish (optional)

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan; let stand 2 minutes to soften.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in yogurt, orange juice, honey, lemon juice and grated peel; whisk gendy until blended and smooth.
Divide grapes evenly among six 6-ounce custard cups or individual dessert dishes.
Divide yogurt mixture evenly over grapes in cups.
Refrigerate until set.
