Lemony Green Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
2 green bell peppers, minced
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon peel, grated
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch bell peppers 2 minutes or so.
Drain.
Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter.
Cook bell peppers 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice and peel.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
While stirring, continue cooking 2 minutes.
