Lemony Baked Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 center pork loin chops | ||
| Seasoned salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
| 1 lemon, cut into 6 slices | ||
| 1/3 cup catchup | ||
| Dash Tabasco | ||
Directions
Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt and seasoned pepper.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large skillet over high heat, brown chops well on both sides.
Remove to 12" by 8" by 2" baking dish; place lemon slice on each.
In small dish, combine catchup, Tabasco and 1/3 cup water.
Pour over chops.
Bake 50 minutes or until fork-tender.
