Lemonade Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 180 ml lemonade concentrate | ||
| Catsup | 60 Milliliter | |
| Brown sugar | 45 Milliliter | |
| White vinegar | 45 Milliliter | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Milliliter | |
| 5 ml soya sauce | ||
| 1 ml each of paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, thyme, basil, oregano, salt and pepper | ||
| 1 kg pork chops 125 ml flour, all purpose 60 ml safflower oil | ||
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine the concentrate, catsup, sugar, vinegar, ginger, soya and seasonings.
Dredge the chops in the flour.
Heat the oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the chops.
Drain any excess oil.
Pour the sauce over the chops, cook over low heat 35-40 minutes covered.
Serve with Hickory Smoked 'Taters.
