Ingredients

 180 ml lemonade concentrate
 Catsup60 Milliliter
 Brown sugar45 Milliliter
 White vinegar45 Milliliter
 Ground ginger1 Milliliter
 5 ml soya sauce
 1 ml each of paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, thyme, basil, oregano, salt and pepper
 1 kg pork chops 125 ml flour, all purpose 60 ml safflower oil

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine the concentrate, catsup, sugar, vinegar, ginger, soya and seasonings.
Dredge the chops in the flour.
Heat the oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the chops.
Drain any excess oil.
Pour the sauce over the chops, cook over low heat 35-40 minutes covered.
Serve with Hickory Smoked 'Taters.
