Lemonade Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 9-inch Graham-Nut Crust, cooled | ||
| Cold water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate | ||
| 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Pint, Whipped | |
| Yellow food coloring | ||
Directions
Combine water and gelatin in a 4-cup measure.
Let stand to soften.
Add sugar and salt.
Microwave 1 1/4 to 2 minutes.
Stir in lemonade concentrate; set aside.
Microwave cream cheese in a bowl 15 to 30 seconds; beat creamy.
Add lemonade mixture, mixing smooth.
Refrigerate to thicken.
Fold in whipped cream and coloring.
Pour onto crust.
Refrigerate overnight.
