Lemonade Cookies Recipe
Would you like to try an easy to make but great in taste Lemonade Cookies recipe? It is an ideal Dessert. The Lemonade Cookies is made with Milk Product which is easy to find at any grocery store. In my estimation, if one calls oneself a good cook, one ought to have a personal recipe of Lemonade Cookies, just like I do.
Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (2/3 cup)
Directions
In large mixer bowl cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, beating till light and fluffy together flour and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with 1/2 cup of the lemonade concentrate.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with a little granulated sugar, if desired.
Remove to rack; cool.
