Lemonade Coconut Dessert Recipe

 1 1/2 cups llaked coconut
 Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Gelatin envelope1
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemonade1 Can (10oz), frozen

 Few drops of yellow food coloring

Directions

Using an 8x8x2-inch pan, toast the coconut in the oven at 350° about 15 minutes, stirring often so that the coconut will brown evenly.
Add the margarine, and stir when melted; then press evenly around the pan, and let cool.
Blend sugar and gelatin, and add water; cook over boiling water until dissolved.
Stir in lemonade, and chill until it begins to congeal.
Prepare Dream Whip according to directions, and fold in.
Add a few drops of yellow food coloring.
