Ingredients

 190 ml lemonade concentrate
 Catsup60 Milliliter
 Brown sugar45 Milliliter
 White vinegar45 Milliliter
 Ground ginger1 Milliliter
 5 ml soya sauce
 1 ml each of paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, basil, oregano, salt and pepper
 1 -1 kg swordfish, cut in pieces
 125 ml flour, all purpose
 Safflower oil60 Milliliter

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine the concentrate, catsup, sugar, vinegar, ginger, soya and seasonings.
Dredge the swordfish in the flour.
Heat the oil in a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the swordfish.
Drain any excess oil.
Pour the sauce over the swordfish, cook over low heat for 15 minutes covered.
